Let's keep this simple! Use of this service is not guaranteed and does not provide a SLA. Users of this service assume all responsibility for their use, and agree to hold this site and owner harmless for any misuse, server downtime, etc. Accounts may be deleted at will be either party.

Accounts not used for 30 days (that is, no activity recorded for 30 days) are subject to deletion.

Displaying an image (using one of the the thumbnails) is completely optional (there is an "invisible pixel" method for tracking visitors, as well). However, if your site averages more than 100 hits/day, some type of return link or notice is required if one of the image thumbnails is not used.

Valid e-mail addresses are required for the owner's account. In the event a valid e-mail address is not provided, accounts are subject to be deleted.
